GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DISCOUNTS

ARRIVAL – Your apartment will be ready for occupancy from 4pm on the day of arrival or by arrangement. Please let us know your approximate arrival time.

DEPARTURE – We kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

PARKING – One parking space per apartment is available.

PETS – Pets are welcome in apartment Nebina 1 and are free of charge.

PAYMENT – Bank transfer, cash payment, payment with credit cards (IBAN: SI56 6100 0002 5096 187, SWIFT BIC CODE: HDELSI22)

RESERVATION – The reservation is confirmed when the confirmation of the deposit payment in the amount of 30% of the total value of the accommodation is presented. The deposit is non-refundable. The total amount must be paid 5 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY – In case of objective reasons – (illness, natural disasters, death….) we offer the possibility of using the deposit on other available dates (by agreement). If you do not report by 4 pm on the day of arrival, the accommodation will not be available until the next day after 4 pm. If you change the date on the day of arrival, the accommodation will be charged according to the original booking.

HIGH- SEASON RENTAL – In the high season it is possible to rent an apartment for a minimum of 5 days. The exception is the individual agreement in the case of free apartments. Rental prices for less than three nights in the high season are 15% higher.

DISCOUNTS – Rental prices for a longer period of 10 days, we offer 5% -15% discount by agreement. For the possibility of renting the whole house for 10 days, we offer a discount by agreement.
